SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Newport within 2-3 days of being placed. Currently, VASI is only able to offer domestic shipping and unable to fulfill orders for international customers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weights.

 

Local collection & delivery is available. Please email orders@vasidesign.com.au to arrange.

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 15 days of order receipt. Requests for returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be issued a store credit. We are unable to offer refunds for returned items. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with tags and accompanied by a receipt.

All custom furniture, vintage furniture, fine art, food and pantry, personal care and apothecary, and sale items are non-refundable and therefore considered final sale. All “enquire for pricing” items purchased online are final sale and ineligible for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted.

Returns In-Store
Items purchased online or in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit at our Newport store, within 15 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Once we receive your returned items, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once complete with a digital store credit. Store credit can be used for online or in-store purchases.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Order status can be checked by emailing the team at shop@vasidesign.com.au. If your order is already on its way, you can check your order status by checking your tracking number, which is included in your “Order Shipped” email.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

Customers are able to modify or cancel orders if the order has not shipped or tracking has not been made available. Please note, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. To modify or cancel your order, please email shop@vasidesign.com.au including your order number modifications/reason for cancellation.

If you’d like to add items to your order, please place a new order and let us know you’d like both orders to be shipped together by sending an email to orders@vasidesign.com.au .

Please include both order numbers and we will do our best to ship all items together.

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK UP?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup for in stock items. Please select “Pick-Up” at checkout. Items are typically ready for collection within 24 hours, excluding holidays, and you’ll receive an email when your item is ready for pickup. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
